We are a growing therapy practice in Plymouth, MI.

Our practice specializes in working with kids, teens, and young adults. We believe in a competitive and transparent pay structure and prioritize an environment that supports therapists’ passions, strengths, and emotional wellbeing.

    • W2 employment (more stability, benefits, and less tax stress on your end)

    • A competitive fee split and transparent pay. Fee split increases over time and upon full licensure.

    • Professional growth opportunities such as weekly supervision for limited license therapists and regular consultation for all clinicians. Access to CEUs, workshops, and training opportunities to stay current with best practices and deepen your skillset

    What we’re seeking

    • Licensed social worker in the state of Michigan- LLMSW or LMSW

    • Full-time commitment (23 clients a week) with some evening availability

    • In-person or hybrid schedule

    • Therapists who value collaboration, learning, and growing. Consultations, trainings, and supervision are integral to our practice

    • A passion for working with kids, teens, and/or young adults- we pride ourselves on being a practice where young people and their families feel seen, safe, and supported
