I BELIEVE EVERYONE DESERVES SOMEONE IN THEIR CORNER, AND I AM HONORED TO WALK WITH YOU TOWARD HEALING AND GROWTH.

I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Indiana University South Bend, graduating with a strong foundation in clinical practice and a passion for helping others. I have experience in community mental health, where I developed flexibility and adaptability while supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of needs.

I value working with teens and young adults navigating challenges such as anger, behavioral concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and life transitions. I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach and often incorporate Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) into my work.

I see each person as being in the driver’s seat of their own journey, and I view therapy as a collaborative process where we work together toward the goals that matter most to you. I welcome everyone exactly as they are, no matter where they are in their journey or how they are presenting. Therapy can be both meaningful and light, and I embrace humor to create a comfortable, supportive space. Together, we’ll navigate challenges, celebrate progress, and find strategies that fit your life—at your pace and on your terms.

When I’m not working, I can often be found spending time with my family, enjoying nature, listening to podcasts, or on the court playing and coaching volleyball.
