I BELIEVE IN EMPOWERING PEOPLE TO NAVIGATE LIFE’S CHALLENGES AND EMBRACE THEIR STRENGTHS.
As your therapist, I will meet you where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your unique story. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and seen, so you can explore your experiences and move toward growth and healing. I believe that every individual has the innate ability to heal, and I feel honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
I enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults, providing support through experiences of grief, depression, and anxiety. I also have a passion for supporting parents through postpartum and perinatal mental health challenges. My approach is strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and trained in Perinatal Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
My specialty areas include PTSD and trauma, grief, perinatal and postpartum mental health, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. In my practice, I integrate EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and other evidence-based approaches to tailor therapy to each client’s needs.
As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I welcome and affirm all identities and experiences.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner, our son, and our four cats—Charlie, Bella, Mildred, and Dashboard. I love being outdoors, working on art projects, and cooking.
